Baker Tilly (Thailand) Business Consulting is looking for a smart, energetic and competent people to join their fast-growing team in Bangkok. You will play key roles in business development, as well as delivery of our consulting offerings. Working across a range of industries in various sizes, you will form part of multifunctional teams to ensure effective delivery to our clients.


Project Execution

  • Leading and managing change within complex organizations, including the ability to develop change management strategies, identify & manage change risks & issues, and to operate/interact with project, program and business leaders.
  • Development and implementation of HR solutions, including organizational design, talent management transformation, re-design performance management frameworks
  • Identification and development of process and operational improvements utilizing a range of techniques such as lean, DMAIC, Design Thinking and Agile
  • Providing support and guidance to clients; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Development and execution of strategies from People, Process and Systems implementation
  • Demonstrating ability in problem solving, business transformation, creative thinking, strategic thinking and process improvement to deliver and complete projects successfully
  • Designing appropriate analysis for diagnostics and implementation, analyzing and interpreting complex information and relationships.
  • Implementation of frameworks and recommendation at Client operational sites
  • Managing project teams to develop, design and deliver to Client expectations


  • Bachelor in Business Administration or related field such as Engineering, Supply Chain or Human Resources
  • At least 3 years of experience in management consulting (Strategic HR, Process Improvement, Supply Chain, Transformation)
  • Proficient in English and Thai (written and oral)
