Phil is an experienced corporate finance professional with over 30 years of expertise in arranging and structuring debt financing, high yield and distressed debt, corporate reconstruction and insolvency.
He has extensive experience in the Asia-Pacific region, spending 12 years in Asia where he held various senior roles. He served as Managing Director of a leading investment bank where he built and ran a distressed debt investment unit. His division invested over $US750 million, resulting in strong annual returns for the bank. He has also worked in a lead capacity on many of the largest business reconstructions and administrations in the Asia-Pacific region, including

- Thai Petrochemical Industry
- Australia Japan Cable, and many more.

Most recently Phil has worked in the Australian market, arranging senior and mezzanine financing for companies seeking $20 to $250mil in funding, including construction funding. While previous to this he was was a division Director for Macquarie Bank in the Specialised Investment Solutions Division.
