Following the execution of the restructuring / rescheduling plan, the role of Baker Tilly Thailand in the transaction will be shifted from Financial Advisor to Monitoring Agent. Depending upon the conditions to be agreed by the Companies and the creditors during the negotiation and/or set forth in the restructuring agreement.
