Wimolsri has over 27 years’ experience in the Audit and Advisory Services. She is mainly responsible for financial audit to serve statutory purpose, covering the listed companies and some multinational companies in various businesses, such as real estate, construction, manufacturing, trading, hospitality and services.
Before joining Baker Tilly Audit and Advisory Services (Thailand) Ltd., she had extensive experience at Arthur Andersen-Bangkok office in the auditing and consulting services on manufacturing, trading, construction, services and financial service. She was also involved in conducting public seminars for clients and for in – house staff in Bangkok and Asia Pacific during 1988 to 1997.
During 1997 to 2005, she took a break to work as the controller and undertook the role of secretary to the Board of Audit Committee of an international company(a company listed in Thai Stock Exchange) that is engaged in the manufacturing of HDPE Pipe. From there, she gained solid accounting function, finance and business background.
