Wilawun has over 20 years experience in the Audit and Advisory Services Division mainly responsible for financial audit, covering the multinational companies, listed companies various businesses, such as real estate, construction, trading, manufacturing, oil and gas producing, electricity, hospitality and services.
Before joining Baker Tilly Audit and Advisory Services (Thailand) Ltd., Wilawun was the manager of Andersen Thailand during 2000 to 2001, senior manager of KPMG Thailand during 2003 to 2008 and then she was a senior manager of M.R. & Associates Co., Ltd. during 2008 and 2011, responsible for audit of multinational companies and major local group of companies.
During past years, Wilawun was a key person assisting the overseas team for the audit of multinational clients listed in the Thai SET. Apart from her main responsibilities for regular audit, she has also been assigned to take charge in IPO and merger and acquisition projects on a regular basis.
Wilawun holds a Thai CPA.
