Shaun is a Partner in Baker Tilly’s business consulting practise. Prior to joining Baker Tilly Thailand, Shaun worked for multinational organizations in both industry and consulting services. Shaun’s key areas of expertise are in process and people transformation projects. Shaun is a certified lean sigma advisor and facilitator. Having been engaged for numerous years on two major capital projects (worth USD 60 and 29 Billion dollars) in the field of productivity, Shaun brings practical solutions. His execution model engages all levels including Client teams, contractor and sub-contractor organizations to effectively implement change.
Shaun has worked across numerous disciplines including supply chain, operations, finance and human resources where he continues to apply himself to aid in business improvement and efficiency. He has led the development and implementation of productivity programs, process and organizational restructure and improvement, program management, strategy development, strategic decision making, development of key performance indicators and cultural and organizational integration.
Since joining Baker Tilly, Shaun has aided in further development and refinement of Baker Tilly Thailand’s approach and growth of their consulting practise, specifically in transformation, pre/post M&A integration support. He has continued to provide a unique approach to identifying areas and opportunities for growth in profitability whilst working to transfer skills to Client teams.
