Apichart has over 30 years experience in the Audit and Advisory Services Division mainly responsible for financial audit, covering the multinational companies, listed companies various businesses, such as real estate, construction, insurance, manufacturing, oil and gas producing, electricity, hospitality and services.
Before joining Baker Tilly Audit and Advisory Services (Thailand) Ltd., Apichart had been promoted and assigned as an international partner of Andersen Worldwide during 2000 to 2001 responsible for audit of multinational companies, major local group of companies as well as responsibilities for Energy and Utility Industry Group. He was also the partner of KPMG Thailand during 2002 to 2003.
During past years, Apichart was a key person assisting the overseas team for the audit of multinational clients listed in the foreign stock exchange and Thai SET. Apart from his main responsibilities for regular audit, he has also been assigned to take charge in IPO and merger and acquisition projects on a regular basis.
Apichart has been actively involved in public lectures and presentations for the Federation of Accounting Professions.
Apichart holds a Thai CPA and a license approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Office of the Insurance Commission.
In 2008 Apichart was also a Director and Audit Committee of the Airport of Thailand Public Company Limited.
