HR Consultants/Senior Consultants

General Specifications

  • Lead and deliver client engagements through quality deliverables across multiple formats (power point, word, etc.)
  • Provide effective communications inside the internal and external parties during engagements
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews in order to obtain information
  • Effectively analyse data to come to meaningful conclusions
  • Identifying and addressing client needs by building, nurturing and maintaining client relationships

Technical Expertise - People and Culture

  • Provide leading insight on new and emerging practices in the field of Human Resources
  • Have a depth of experience in the area of delivering Human Resources Management solutions in areas including,but not limited to:

     Business-wide talent strategy development

     Workforce planning and Integration

     Cultural Management and Change

     Human Resource Data Analytics

     Talent and Succession Management

  • Redesign and optimization of corporate structure with respect to data and information provided by clients
  • Able to strongly manage change within Client organizations

Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality Only
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration (Management or HR)
  • Proficient in English and Thai (written and oral)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Energetic and passionate personality that is able to build relationships
  • Previous track record in leading/managing consulting projects
  • Between 3-5 years in similar capacity
  • Experience in delivering Talent Management Solutions strategies to Clients
  • Ability to sell and manage professional services to new and existing clients through quality delivery
