Additional tax deduction for SMEs' salary costs

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are allowed to deduct 300% of actual salary expenses paid from April 2020 to July 2020 to employees, who are insured under the law on the Social Security Fund and receive wages of not more than 15,000 Baht per person per month.

Additional tax deduction for SMEs' loan Interest

SMEs who participate in government's low interest credit measures to help entrepreneurs and have the "single account" are allowed to claim 150% of actual loan interest expenses that occur between 1 April, 2020 and 31 December, 2020.

Acceleration of VAT refunds for good exporters

Domestic business operators who are classified as good exporters will receive VAT refunds earlier than normal, as follows:
- VAT refund within 15 days for e-filing of VAT
- VAT refund within 45 days for paper filing VAT
