HR Strategy and marketing
Support - Urgently Needed
Job Summary:
- Develop and manage HR policies and procedures with guidance from internal partner(s)
 - Manage HR related issues as they arise internally with employees
 - Develop and undertake recruitment across all divisions
 - Assist managers and employees in preparing individual development plans
 - Ensure on-boarding and integration processes for new employees
 - Coordinate employee transfers, conduct exit interviews, and provide recommendations for corrective action policy revision and/or improving employee and labour relations.
 - Ongoing maintenance of the website including blogging, article upload from Baker Tilly International sources
 - Liaison with all Partners to consistently drive effective marketing of Baker Tilly services to existing and new/emerging markets
 - Developing and updating e-marketing platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook pages to accurately market service offerings
 - Develop marketing material such as corporate brochures, flyers and other printed material
 - Assist the firm on any public relation activities
 - Any other tasks as directed by the partnership team
 
Qualifications:
- Female, age between 24-28 years old, Thai nationality
 - Thai Nationality Only
 - Bachelor Degree
 - Proficient in English and Thai (written and oral)
 - Energetic and passionate personality that is able to build relationships
 - Minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity
 
Salary Range:
THB 25,000 per month or more 
 Able to start work as soon as possible
