Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Energetic and passionate personality that is able to build relationships.
  • Proficient in English and Thai (written and oral)
  • 0-3 years experiences in HRD, HRM or HR consulting.
  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude, willing to learn, being supportive, well organized, and professional approach

General Specifications

  • Lead and deliver client engagements through quality deliverables across multiple formats (power point, word, excel etc.)
  • Provide effective communications inside the internal and external parties during engagements.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to obtain information.
  • Perform primary and secondary research using multiple sources, including publications, interviews with clients, market participants, customers, public agencies, etc.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses from customer data
  • Identifying and addressing client needs by building, nurturing, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Deliver on client projects by generating in-depth industry analysis, research, models, and reports/presentations tailored to the client’s requirements.
  • Support on new business development opportunities including preparation of proposals, presentations, case studies, market analysis, etc.
  • Execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from the project manager.
  • Lead the development of client reports and analysis, with minimal guidance from the project manager.
  • Work closely with other Baker Tilly practices in the HR consulting space.
