Job Summary:

  • Develop and manage HR policies and procedures with guidance from internal partner(s)
  • Manage HR related issues as they arise internally with employees
  • Develop and undertake recruitment across all divisions
  • Assist managers and employees in preparing individual development plans
  • Ensure on-boarding and integration processes for new employees
  • Coordinate employee transfers, conduct exit interviews, and provide recommendations for corrective action policy revision and/or improving employee and labour relations.
  • Ongoing maintenance of the website including blogging, article upload from Baker Tilly International sources
  • Liaison with all Partners to consistently drive effective marketing of Baker Tilly services to existing and new/emerging markets
  • Developing and updating e-marketing platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook pages to accurately market service offerings
  • Develop marketing material such as corporate brochures, flyers and other printed material
  • Assist the firm on any public relation activities
  • Any other tasks as directed by the partnership team

Qualifications:

  • Female, age between 24-28 years old, Thai nationality
  • Thai Nationality Only
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Proficient in English and Thai (written and oral)
  • Energetic and passionate personality that is able to build relationships
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity

Salary Range:

THB 25,000 per month or more
Able to start work as soon as possible
