Krongkarn has more than 15 years of experience in Corporate Advisory. Krongkarn has advised numerous Thai banks to strengthen their financial position and unlock their lending capacities by selling their NPLs and NPAs through transparent sales processes, as well as creating competition to ensure high a recovery to its clients. This involved valuation, controlling work plans and bidding processes, the design of bid management strategies, documentation (TOR, ASPA), coordinating with potential buyers and executing sales.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Krongkarn worked for many years as an investment banker specializing in mergers and acquisitions, as well as fundraising for initial public offerings and debenture issuance. This involved due diligence, valuation, drafting prospectuses and organizing domestic road shows.
At Baker Tilly Thailand, Krongkarn has extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisition; debt restructuring; company and loan due diligence; financial forecasting; business valuation; and industry analysis. Industries include hotels; securities; property development; banking and finance; petrochemical; textile; electronics; asset management; power generation and telecommunication.
Krongkarn has detailed working knowledge of the rules and regulations governing the Securities Exchange Commission, Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Public Company Act. She acts as an independent financial advisor to shareholders of numerous listed companies, property funds and the REITs including asset acquisitions; asset dispositions; connected transactions; tender offers and whitewash.
